Night serum with 0.04% RETINAL that combats signs of aging, improving the skin's firmness, texture, and radiance while you sleep.
Retinight is a highly effective night serum that works while you sleep to rejuvenate the skin.Formulated with 0.04% Retinal, a derivative of vitamin A, and Hyaluronic Acid, this serum combats visible signs of aging, improving the skin's firmness, radiance, and texture.
Its exclusive Focused Cell Dose technology optimizes the absorption of Retinal, multiplying its effectiveness by 20 and ensuring visible results with a lower risk of irritation. Every morning, you'll notice smoother skin, fewer wrinkles, a more even tone, and a more youthful appearance.
In addition to reducing wrinkles, Retinight helps prevent the appearance of new spots and improves skin elasticity. It is ideal for those seeking visibly renewed and rejuvenated skin, with a smoother and firmer texture.
Retinal is stronger than Retinol. Germaine de Capuccini use an encapsulation process to ensure that the product penetrates the skin deeply with minimal irritation ensuring optimal results.
RETINISATION PROCESS
PLEASE NOTE IT IS ESSENTIAL THAT YOU FOLLOW THE APPLICATION PROCESS CORRECTLY TO ENDURE OPTIMAL RESULTS and minimise irritation.
PLEASE WASH YOUR HANDS AFTER APPLICATION

WEEK 1. Initial adaptation.
During the first week, apply RETINIGHT only twice a week (every other night).
This gradual approach allows your skin to get used to the retinal and minimises the risk of irritation.
Cleanse your skin thoroughly and apply the serum in a thin layer to the face, neck and décolleté, avoiding the eye area.

WEEK 2. Gradual increase.
Increase the application of RETINIGHT to every other night.
This gradual rhythm makes it easier for your skin to adapt to the retinal, minimising the risk of irritation.
Continue to apply the serum evenly and continue with your usual night care routine.

WEEK 3. Daily use.
If you have tolerated the first two weeks well, you can start applying RETINIGHT every night from the third week onwards.
This continuous use maximises the benefits of retinal, improving skin firmness, radiance and texture.
IMPORTANT
Don't forget to use sunscreen during the day, as retinal can increase the skin's sensitivity to the sun. A BROAD SPECTRUM SPF50 over your usual day moisturiser is best. EG. Germaine de Capuccini SPF50 for face.
FAQ’s
What should I do if my skin gets irritated when using RETINIGHT?
If you experience uncomfortable sensations such as itching, redness or flaking during the retinolysis process, space out the application of RETINIGHT to allow your skin to adapt properly.
You can reduce the frequency especially in more sensitive areas, such as the neck, the nostrils or the corner of the mouth.
If you interrupt the treatment for a while, your skin may become unaccustomed to RETINIGHT. In this case, restart RETINIGHT gradually to reactivate the retinitisation process.
Can I apply RETINIGHT every night?
It is not recommended to start daily nightly applications immediately. During the first week, apply RETINIGHT only twice (once every other night).
In the second week, increase to once every other night.
If your skin adapts well and there is no irritation, you can start using it every night from the third week onwards.
This retinisation process allows your skin to adjust to the retinal gradually. Adjust the frequency according to your skin's tolerance and refer to the retinisation process to optimise use.
Can I use RETINIGHT during pregnancy or breastfeeding?
We do not recommend the use of RETINIGHT during pregnancy or breast-feeding.
Retinoids, such as retinal, may have potential effects that are best avoided during these periods. However, it is always advisable to consult your GP or midwife before incorporating new products into your skincare routine during these times.
How long should I wait after applying RETINIGHT before going to bed?
To optimise absorption and avoid possible stains on the sheets, it is advisable to wait a few minutes after applying RETINIGHT before going to bed. This allows the product to absorb properly.
How should I combine RETINIGHT with other skin care products, such as vitamin C?
To avoid possible irritation, we recommend using Vitamin C during the day and RETINIGHT at night.
Vitamin C is ideal for the morning routine, while retinal (Vitamin A) works best at night. This separation in use ensures that both products can deliver their benefits without interfering with each other.
Light therapy must be avoided also.
Please check with your facialist or dermatologist if you are unsure.
